Turned parts for one-off batches and repeat production. We welcome enquiries for 20 to 5,000 parts and assess each job against its application, material and drawing.

Component enquiries we welcome
Send drawings for shafts, pins, bushes, sleeves, spacers, threaded parts and other turned components. We also assess parts with flats, cross-holes, keyways and associated milling or drilling.
Repeat orders with a clear specification
We retain CNC programmes and tool setups for repeat work. Provide the current drawing revision, quantity per order and expected order frequency. Clearly identify any changes to the material, tolerance or finish.
Replacement parts and reverse engineering
If you have a worn or damaged sample, send photographs and explain how it operates. A sample may no longer represent its original dimensions. Any design or reverse-engineering work, and the manufacturing dimensions to be approved, must be agreed before production.
From the first component to the next batch
Batches of 20 to 5,000 parts are our preferred enquiry range; individual components and other quantities can also be assessed. Include any first-off sample or approval stage in your enquiry so the scope and lead time can be confirmed.
Tell us about the application
We welcome enquiries from agricultural equipment, general machinery, pumps, hydraulics, packaging and other engineering applications. Suitability for a particular component, including any safety-critical use, is confirmed during technical review.
Plan the next order
Send expected quantities and required dates early. This helps us plan material, tooling and workshop capacity.
Nationwide courier delivery
We supply CNC and replacement parts to businesses throughout the Western Cape, with nationwide courier delivery also available. Include your delivery address with your enquiry so packaging, delivery arrangements and costs can be confirmed in your quotation.
