Turning and associated machining

We offer external and internal turning, boring, threading, grooving, drilling, tapping and live-tool milling for suitable components. Work involving flats, keyways and replacement parts made from samples can also be assessed.

Doosan Puma GT2100MB

The Doosan Puma GT2100MB is currently available in our workshop. This single-spindle machine has a C-axis and live tooling. Send your drawing so that suitable workholding, component dimensions and operations can be confirmed.

DN Solutions Lynx 2100LSYB

The DN Solutions Lynx 2100LSYB is part of Graanland’s CNC equipment. This twin-spindle turning centre has a Y-axis, live tooling, a bar feeder and collet chuck. Send your drawing so we can confirm the machining approach, workholding and production slot for your order.

Materials and additional processes

We machine EN8, EN24T, 304 and 316 stainless steel, aluminium, brass, phosphor bronze, nylon and Vesconite. Specify the grade and material condition in your enquiry.

Additional processes

Heat treatment, grinding, coating, plating, anodising, laser cutting and bending can be arranged externally. The scope, inspection requirements and effect on lead time are confirmed with the quotation.
