Graanland provides CNC turning and precision machining for businesses throughout the Western Cape. From our machine shop in Malmesbury, we manufacture drawing-specified components for manufacturers, maintenance teams and repair workshops.
Our CNC equipment includes the Doosan Puma GT2100MB and DN Solutions Lynx 2100LSYB. Send your drawing for shafts, bushes, pins and custom turned parts, with milling and drilling on suitable components. One-off requirements and repeat production are assessed for quotation.

CNC components for the whole Western Cape
We serve businesses in Cape Town and its northern suburbs, the Swartland, West Coast, Cape Winelands, Overberg, Garden Route and Central Karoo. Send your drawing electronically for assessment; all machining takes place at our Malmesbury workshop.
Delivery within the Western Cape can be included in your quotation. Send your delivery address together with the material, quantity and required date. We confirm the delivery arrangements, costs and timing in your quotation.
Our preferred production quantities are 20 to 5,000 parts, with individual components considered after drawing review. Nationwide component delivery remains available.
Precision, quality and turnaround
CNC turning tolerances of ±0.02 mm can be considered for suitable features, subject to the material, geometry and drawing review. The CNC programmer inspects and signs off the work.
One component or an ongoing requirement
Subcontract CNC machining can support your own production or maintenance requirements. We retain programmes and tool setups for repeat work. Send the current drawing revision, material grade, batch quantity and required date with each order.
Explore precision turned parts and repeat batch production, including custom shafts, bushes and pins. Individual components and replacement parts can also be assessed for quotation.

Materials we machine
EN8, EN24T, 304 and 316 stainless steel, aluminium, brass, phosphor bronze, nylon and Vesconite.
